Debt based on banking loans amounts to about 12 billion EUR - entrepreneurs' debt increased by 17.9%
According to the data provided by the Association of Banks of Serbia, total debt based on banking loans in Serbia, which was increased by 18.2% during the first five months of this year, reached the amount of 12.8 billion EUR.
Since the beginning of the year until the end of May, the debt of juristic persons towards creditors was increased by 24.9% and now amounts to 674.2 billion RSD.
The debt of entrepreneurs grew by 17.9% and reached the amount of 36 billion RSD, while the debt of population was increased by 6% and now amounts to 312.6 billion RSD.
According to the types of banking loans approved to the population, the largest growth was registered by mortgage and agricultural loans, while the consumer loans registered the largest fall.
