Investment potentials of Belgrade presented in Moscow – Portfolio worth EUR 10 billion
– We presented the investment portfolio of Belgrade, worth over EUR 10 billion. The focus was primarily on developmental, infrastructural projects, and then on industrial projects and free-zone, greenfield investments as well, whereas the third group we focus on was the real estate market, with the Belgrade Waterfront as the most important project. This was followed by B2B meetings of Serbian and Russian businessmen, allowing for concrete arrangements to be made in direct talks – Milosavljevic said and specified that the sessions had been dedicated to the IT industry, agriculture and tourism.
He noted that special attention had been paid to the subway within the presentation of the city, considering the great interest in this project, both in Belgrade and among potential financiers in Moscow.
The Days of Belgrade event started on Thursday, May 25, in the capital of Russia, and Mayors Sinisa Mali and Sergey Sobyanin have signed a new three-year agreement, envisioning further enhancement of cooperation in the fields of economy and tourism in the period from 2018 till 2020.
The protocol on cooperation between the Central Administrative District of Moscow and the Belgrade Municipality of Savski Venac was also signed, envisioning the strengthening of the partnership and the friendship between the two parties. The protocol was signed by the president of the Municipality of Savski Venac, Irena Vujovic, and the president of the Central Administrative District of Moscow, Vladimir Goverdovsky.
