The biggest local construction company, Energoprojekt Holding, has published consolidated financial reports for 2016, which show a drop in revenues and a growth in the end result.

The company's operating revenues dropped by 8.5% to RSD 32.3 billion (58% of sales were realized in foreign markets), whereas the operating profit dropped by 61.9% to RSD 699.8 million.

The main reason for a drop in operating profit is a high amount of inventories for unfinished operations within the Sunnyville project, amounting to RSD 840.3 million.

Consolidated net profit jumped by 9.3% to RSD 1.1 billion thanks to a better financial result and an increase in other revenues. The company's net debt dropped from RSD 2.9 billion at the end of December 2015 to RSD 2.2 billion at the end of December 2016.

Consolidated book value of shares was RSD 1,890.9 at the end of December 2016, Wisebroker reports.
