New sale of food company Higlo called – Starting price RSD 360 million

The bankruptcy supervisor of the Horgos-based joint-stock company Higlo has called the second sale of the bankruptcy debtor as a legal entity through public bidding.

As stated in the ad, the most important pieces of the company’s property are the factory for processing and canning of fruit and vegetables by deep-freezing, located in Horgos, along with the accompanying equipment, as well as the company’s trademark.

The starting price is RSD 360,269,142, whereas, at the first attempt at a sale, the price exceeded RSD 400 million.

Deposit payments can be made by May 30, and the public bidding will take place on June 2, at 12 o’clock, at the Commercial Court of Subotica.
