The Government of Serbia and the Nikola Tesla Airport reported having extended the deadlines in the process of concession of financing, developing, maintaining and managing the infrastructure at the Belgrade Airport on April 13.
As the bid submission deadline was extended on February 7 by 13 days,
from February 25 to March 10, the deadline for the submission of the documentation for phase 1 was extended accordingly, the press release says.
For the participants in phase 1 to have enough time to analyze the documentation and submit adequate non-binding bids, the deadline has been extended by the same time period, the press release explains.
The new non-binding bid submission deadline is therefore April 24, 2017.
In order to avoid prolonging the procedure indefinitely, it has been decided to shorten the deadline for reaching the decision about the bidders qualified for phase 2, as well as for inspecting and rating the binding bids by the competent body.
The new deadline period for reaching the decision as to which bidders qualify for phase 2 is ten calendar days from the expiration of the non-binding bid submission deadline.
Furthermore, the new deadline period for inspecting and rating the binding bids is 20 calendar days from the expiration of the binding bid submission deadline.
The deadline for submitting binding bids remains unchanged, i.e 75 calendar days from the date of the disclosure of the names of the bidders qualified for phase 2 at the Nikola Tesla Airport web page and the Public Procurement Portal, the press release says.
