Construction of swimming center in Belgrade?

Active director of Partizan, Petar Popović, and the group of his associates plan to speak to the Mayor of Belgrade, Nenad Bogdanović. After some additional consultations, they will suggest to the Mayor that the Parliament should allot the building lot to them for construction of swimming center. They have the project, correct financial structure and, the most important thing, they will provide the major part of the necessary finances by themselves.
