Jaffa the closest to acquire Banini

Apart from Jaffa, tender documents was also acquired by Industrija mesa Matijević from Novi Sad, Galenika Fitofarmacija from Belgarde and Bambi from Pozarevac, although before tender was released, there were talks that some ten local and foreign companies are interested.

Jaffa was the only one to pay deposit to participate at the auction for sale of Banine, which as decided by the Commercial Court in Zrenjanin, was scheduled for Tuesday, March 21 at 12h at the Vocational education Center in Kikinda.

Deposit totals app. EUR 6 m, i.e. 20% of estimated property value at Banini (app.EUR 30 m).

As decided by the Commercial Court in Zrenjanin, the initial price for sale of Banini totals RSD 1.859.888.947 while deposit to participate at the auction for the acquisition of this bankruptcy debtor is RSD 743.955.579. The amount should have been paid until March 16 which was a deadline to purchase tender documentation.

The deposit for participation in the auction for the sale of Banini, which is the decision of the Commercial Court in Zrenjanin is scheduled for Tuesday, March 21 at 12 am at the Center for Professional Development in Kikinda, only paid the company Jaffa.
