IGB Automotive to employ 100 workers from Petrovaradin area – Career Day March 21
– The plan is to employ workers from the Petrovaradin area, for which transport will be provided. On that occasion, the Career Day will be held at the local community office of Petrovaradin on March 21 in cooperation with the City of Novi Sad. Everyone interested will be able to get information there and apply for one of the offered jobs – IGB says.
IGB Automotive was founded in 2007 by Germany’s I.G.Bauerhin GmbH. The company produces car seat heaters, steering wheel heaters, seat occupancy sensors, car seat heater cables and electrical control units.
The Serbian branch is the first in size, number of employees and realization within the Bauerhin group. Today, IGB Automotive has more than 2,200 workers and produces more than 20,000,000 products a year. The products are meant for renowned car industry clients such as VW, Audi, BMW, Mercedes, Skoda, Opel, Nissan and others. In early 2017, they opened a new facility in Indjija, in which EUR 4.5 million had been invested.
