New wave of investments stimulating economy – Special Edition Newsletter Real Estate in Serbia on April 4 at eKapija

Over 500 construction sites are active in Belgrade alone. A total of 972 contracts on the construction of 650,000 square meters were signed last year at the Belgrade Land Development Public Agency, Belgrade Waterfront excluded, and 150 new ones were signed this January. The wave of investments in real estate, initiated last year, has continued in 2017 as well with the announcement of grand new projects.

We are witnesses to the fact that the architectural solutions of new facilities will leave a strong mark on the cities where they are to be raised.

Taking into consideration the growing interest of companies in this field, we turn our attention in the Special Edition Newsletter “Real Estate in Serbia – New Wave of Investments Stimulating Economy” to the analysis of the real estate market, the price trends, planning and construction topics, energy efficiency, renting all types of real estate, facility management, project financing, real estate insurance etc.

The Special Edition Newsletter, to be published on April 4, will present projects being talked about, as well as those already being constructed. As Serbia is experiencing a trend of intensive construction of office an retail space, we will talk about this subject with respectable interviewees, as well as about how justified the need for new business facilities and retail parks is. Furthermore, the growing trend of residential building demand is noticeable, and we will therefore look into this field in our special edition newsletter as well.

We will talk to all relevant people in the field – representatives of the Ministry of Construction, Infrastructure and Transport, the Belgrade Land Development Public Agency, the Chamber of Commerce of Serbia, the Serbian Chamber of Engineers, consultants, investors, designers and other experts.

We invite you to join us. Write us at or if you want to become a part of our Special Edition Newsletter and make sure to send us your suggestions in order for us to present the topic as well as possible.
