The Italian-owned company Antares is preparing to open a facility in Ada.
The president of the municipality of Ada, Zoltan Bilicki, stated that the local self-government had reached an agreement with representatives of the company on Antares' opening its facility in Ada, instead of in Senta, provided the adequate infrastructure was secured.
Bilicki said that the adaptation of the hall of the former Potisje company in Ada was to be completed in March and that the production would be initiated in April.
Antares is known for producing office chairs. The company has facilities in seven countries.
