SMATSA expects revenues of EUR 102 million in 2017

The Serbia and Montenegro Air Traffic Services (SMATSA) will have revenues of EUR 102.2 million and expenditures of EUR 100.3 million in 2017, as stated in their financial plan, which has been reviewed by the Government of Montenegro.

SMATSA is the only remaining company still owned by both states, with Serbia owning 92% of the capital and Montenegro owning 8%.

The company controls airspace over Serbia, Montenegro, the South Adriatic, as well as 55% of upper airspace of B&H, and operates in line with the strictest international civilian aviation standards.


SMATSA employs around 900 people and will spend nearly EUR 49 million in staff costs in 2017, as well as EUR 19.12 million in investments.
