EUnet fully integrated in SBB

Following the acquisition of April 2015, the formal legal integration of EUnet in SBB was carried out in February 2017. EUnet thereby ceased to exist as a legal entity, but it will remain a cloud and hosting service brand within SBB Solutions, specialized in providing smart IT solutions to business clients, SBB reported.

– SBB d.o.o. is the legal entity you will be cooperating from now on and which will be issuing bills for services provided. If you own national domains, the authorized registry has been switched to SBB, whereas the same hosting team will continue taking care of your domains and hosting services – SBB notified the users.

As has been the case so far, they remind, SBB Solutions offer encompasses services needed by users for doing business quickly and efficiently: quality, reliable cloud and hosting services which EUnet is known for, high-speed internet through optical and coaxial networks, affordable landline phone services and telehousing services of a modern data center.
