The Slovenian baking company Don Don has confirmed that it is interested in acquiring Zagreb-based Mlinar. They say that they have examined the documents for investors, talked to the company’s management and that they are carrying out other activities in order to be prepared for the process of the sale of Mlinar.

– Don Don plans to continue its regional development. Last year, we acquired Pekarna Grosuplje in Slovenia, and also seven other baking companies before that. We are actively scanning for opportunities, including the events in Mlinar – they say at Don Don.
