Koncern Farmakom property auctioned again

The administrative receiver of Koncern Farmakom MB in bankruptcy has put the company’s property up for sale through public bidding once again. The bidding is to be held on February 20.

The offer includes the plastic packaging production complex EXA, located within the Zorka Sabac Industrial Zone and consisting of an office building, plastic packaging production facilities, warehouses and equipment, at the starting price of around RSD 39 million.

Also auctioned is the antimony ore floatation equipment – import from China, at the starting price of around RSD 24.6 million, land for plastic greenhouses, facilities and the accompanying equipment located in Debrc, at the price of RSD 68.2 million, the head office building in Sabac (RSD 37.2 million), a restaurant, office buildings in the Sabac Industrial Zone, land in Banja Koviljaca, Mokra Gora, land and facilities in Zajaca, the packaging injection facility and equipment in Debrc, equipment in the Lece mine... 18 items in total.
