European Commission gave "green light" for commencement of work "Porr" and "Alpine" in Serbia
European Commission has given "green
light" for commencement of work of Austrian building companies "Porr"
and
"Alpine" in Serbia.
Having checked the intention for cooperation between "Porr"
and "Alpine" in construction of Horgoš-Požega highway, the Commission
decided that it was in compliance with the competition rules.
The decision made by European Commission made it possible for Spanish “FCC” to hand over its share of 50% in the project for construction of highway in Serbia to “Porr”, while “Alpine” is going to keep his half.
