Inter Gas selling share in Keramika Mladenovac

The administrative receiver of Belgrade's Inter Gas has announced the sale of the company's property through public bidding.

The property of the company, which produces and sells solid, liquid and gas fuels and similar products, consists of three wholes.

The most valuable part of the property is the share in the business entity Keramika Mladenovac, as well as claims of the bankruptcy owner from the regular operations from Keramika Mladenovac. Furthermore, the whole includes building land in Nis (around 33,000 m2), LPG storage in Mladenovac, and a rail tractor with upgrades. The starting price of this part of the property of Inter Gas is RSD 242,968,485, and the estimated values is around RSD 486 million.


The consortium of Inter Gas from Belgrade and BG Oil from Bulgaria bought the majority stock in Keramika Mladenovac in early 2008.

The second and the third wholes of the property consist of a 100% share in the connected legal entity Big Pin from Belgrade, whose starting price is RSD 50,000, and office furniture with the starting price of RSD 258,717.

The public bidding will take place on January 26, 2017 in the premises of the bankruptcy owner Inter Gas in Belgrade.
