Enforcement officer selling cranes of Shipyard Bomex 4M from Perlez – Value estimated at around RSD 193 million
The sale was scheduled by public enforcement officer Dragan Nikolic to the end of the recovery of claims of Belgrade's Hatra, a company specializing in anti-corrosion protection.
The offer includes cranes, presses and compressors, which will be sold as a whole in the total amount of RSD 192.9 million.
The sales ad states that the public enforcement officer has decided in favor of selling the property as a whole, as individual sales would jeopardize the machines' functionality, thereby lowering the price of other pieces of movable property as well.
The public enforcement officer points to the fact that the Serbian Export Credit and Insurance Agency has the first ranking mortgagee right over the movable property.
