Mandatory application of HACCP standards in catering facilities starting from year 2009 - "DTS" offers safety clothing for personnel

Introduction of the highest hygiene standards HACCP into catering facilities, already at the beginning of year 2009, will be mandatory for all companies in this field in Serbia. Trade company "DTS" offers work clothing and safety equipment of renowned company "Papstar" for all workers in the catering facilities.
The CEO of company "DTS", Goran Tomić, says that, according to the Rule Book on special work clothing and footwear for the people who are in direct contact with groceries in production process and trading, every person who works in the facility where groceries are processed must maintain high standard of hygiene and wear appropriate safety clothing (gloves, caps, aprons, boots, overalls...).
According to the words of the CEO, company DTS has the largest offer on local market.
- We can offer about 30 articles to catering facilities: gloves (with and without powder, made of latex, vinyl, nitryl), kaps ( cook, women's...), bags for hair and shoes, masks, uniforms, overalls - said he.
How important HACCP is for the success of some restaurant is best shown by the fact that the hygiene is one of the most important factory when selecting restaurant, Tomić points out.
