Direktna Banka has acquired 100% ownership in Findomestic Banka in Serbia, Blic learn exclusively.

The local bank bought out the Serbian offices of Findomestic Banka from the great French banking system BNP Paribas and will have a total of 400 employees and around EUR 200 million in the joint Direktna-Findomestic Bank and cover the entire territory of Serbia, Blic reported on Saturday, November 19.
