Share Fund to sell 70% of stocks of "Stari grad"

The Share Fund of Serbia will offer the package of 70% of stocks of Catering company "Stari Grad" [STGR] from Belgrade on March 19 on Stock Exchange, at the starting price of 5.86m RSD. According to the ad, total of 5,864 stocks owned by that fund will be offered for sale at starting price of 1,000 RSD per stock.
Deadline for applications for participation in the auction is March 14th. The property of "Stari grad" includes Belgrade-based hotels "Kasina" and "Park", restaurant "London", restaurant "Donji grad", Cafe pastry shop, Cafe Teatar, restaurant "Zlatan bokal", restaurants "Kamenović" and "Slobodna zona".
Total incomes of this catering company in 2006 amounted to 534.8m RSD, while the expenses were at 482.9m RSD.
