Five new investors to employ at least 6,000 workers in Nis – Building permit for aqua park by late 2016
Bulatovic said that a Memorandum of Understanding had already been signed with one investor, Cooperatief IMI Europe.
– These are mostly companies from the automotive, electronics and mechanical industries. We are negotiating with them about the land and the planning documents necessary for getting a building permit – he said.
According to him, the investors will hire engineers above all, which the city needs, as it would stop highly qualified people from leaving the city to move abroad.
Bulatovic said that negotiations with the Montenegrin company Aquaterra Solutions were also in progress . The company has announced the construction of an aqua park at the Lozni Kalem location, at the entrance to Niska Banja.
– We agreed with them to complete the part related to the city by December 31, that is, the part pertaining to getting the building permit – the mayor of Nis emphasized.
