Vino Zupa and Amko Komerc sell Mostar's Hepok to Dubai company
Amko Komerc has sold its 69.2% share and Vino Zupa its 25.5% share in Hepok. Following this transaction, Zeraa Agriculture Investment owns 94.8% of Hepok.
Zeraa Agriculture Investment Sarajevo is a subsidiary of Zeraa Investment LLC from Dubai.
The partnership of Amko Komerc and Vino Zupa bought Hepok in privatization in 2008 for BAM 2.74 million (EUR 1.44 million) and obliged to invest an additional BAM 21.6 million (EUR 11.35 million) in the company.
