Opel ADAM the best in the category of minis – Award for Opel Insignia too

In the annual J.D. Power Vehicle Dependability Study (VDS), Opel ADAM was given the highest rating in the category of minis. Opel Insignia won the respectable fourth place in the category of medium cars, whereas Opel Mokka won the third place in the highly competitive SUV segment. J.D Power's analysis encompasses 24 car manufacturers and 68 models.

This year, J.D. Power surveyed 15,453 people through the internet regarding the car they owned. In order to participate in the survey, the clients needed to have been the owners of the car for at least two years. The survey included the questions regarding the quality, resistance, appearance and running costs.

During the award ceremony, Auto-Test, the largest European car purchase guide, handed out the “Auto-Test Winners 2016” awards. Opel Insignia 1.6 CDTI won the first place in the D-segment.

The results of the J.D. Power study and Auto-Test Winners have been published alongside each other since 2008.
