Vice President of the Executive Board of Findomestic bank in Serbia, Vladimir Marković, said that the stocks of that bank had been excluded from the trading on the Belgrade Stock Exchange because it had become the closed stock company.

He pointed out that, due to flexibility of corporate management, which is enabled by the closing of the company, that was a logical move of the stockholders of Findomestic Bank.

Stockholders of Findomestic bank are two large banking groups - "BNP Paribas" and Banca Intesa, which are present on other stock exchanges.

Findomestic bought 97% of stocks of Nova Banka from Belgrade 2 years ago for 22.5m EUR.

Stocks of Nova Banka were procured at the price of 19,759 RSD, that is, 230.4 EUR per stock.

The last value of the stock with the voting right was 18,015 RSD. Stocks of Nova Banka entered the stock exchange market on June 8, 2005.

There was no trading in stocks of Nova Banka and, later, Findomestic banka, although they were in demand occasionally.
