Folic claims that, until the subway has been built, the tunnel will be the most important infrastructural project in the city's center.

- There are two versions of this project, both currently undergoing public review. The price of this 2.2 km infrastructural colossus varies between EUR 90 and 110 million. The value of the project depends on the technical solution for the realization of the project.

The Savamala entrance to the tunnel, as he said, will be located near the park near the Faculty of Economics, and there are several possible exits in Palilula. The first version envisions the exit in Despota Stefana Blvd in the zone in front of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, whereas the second one envisions two exits: one at the Belgrade Botanical Garden, the other at the intersection of Cvijiceva St. and Poenkareova St.
