Majevica Holding to be sold for EUR 1.2 mil
Majevica Holding has several subsidiaries – Majevica Masine Alatke, Majevica Livnica, Majevica Pumpe i Cisterne and Majevica Poljooprema, and they have construction objects registered in the cadastre municipality Backa Palanka. According to the report by the certified valuer, the property was estimated to EUR 2,479,366.21 at the end of the last year, and the starting price has been lowered by 50% with this public invitation. It may be paid in euros or in dinar countervalue under the NBS average exchange rate, and the declared buyer must meet the selling price in a single payment.
Regarding the capital structure of this former industrial giant, the Shares Fund owns 25.36%, the Republic of Serbia - 21.15%, the Pension and Disability Insurance Fund - 6.57%, the Development Fund - 3.54% and the rest of the shareholders own 43.38%.
The public invitation is open until July 12, and the deadline for submitting request for purchase of Sales Documents is June 27.
