Belgrade finally at the map of world's hotel chain - Hilton is opening its doors in 2018, investment of EUR 70 m
Thus, mentioned agreement opens an option for construction of prestigious Hilton Belgrade hotel which was confirmed during yesterday's ceremony of laying cornerstone April, 17 at the location of the future hotel, at the corner of Kralja Milana and Kralja Milutina.
Belgrade’s Hilton will occupy 32,418 m2, will have 250 rooms and suites, eight floors, and the roof – top restaurant with an outdoor terrace. The construction of luxurious complex, where local construction companies will be engaged, should be completed in 2018.
Ficgibon added the expansion of their portfolio in the city of Belgrade " will offer guests of Hilton the opportunity to experience one of the most intriguing capitals on the European continent, which is fast becoming a destination that must be visited, whether it's a vacation or business trip".
As stated at cornerstone placement, EUR 70 m will be poured in the project, and the investment will provide 300 vacancies.
Newly built eight floor Hilton Belgrade will be located in the city center and thus it will contribute to Belgrade becoming a popular holiday destination, with direct connections to many European and Middle Eastern cities, the investor thinks.
