Bank available 24 hours a day - More than 60% of transactions at ProCredit through Self-servicing zones

ProCredit Bank is a finalist of this year's Aurea award for the project of Self-service banking 24/7 zones. The bank invested more than EUR 3.5 m in the project which started in March 2015. As they say for eKapija portal, the bank is very satisfied with the results.

- At the moment, more than 60 % of transactions at the level of the bank is implemented through terminals in self-service zones - the bank communicates. stating that the most commonly used services are payments of cash and cash withdrawals, payment orders for legal entities and entrepreneurs as well as payment from current and savings accounts for physical entities.

Today, all 42 branches of ProCredit Bank in Serbia have 24/7 Self-service zones which enables bank clients to access to banking services non -stop , that is, 24 hours a day.

The fact that 24/7 zones enable customers to come to the bank when it suits them, not to depend on working hours of an adviser was the main reason for development of innovative services.

At the same time, they say, the expansion of 24/7 zones enable complete support for transactional banking and leaves more room to employees at ProCredit group for all advisory services.


24/7 zones are of particular importance for legal persons which more frequently do business with banks so they are primarily save their time which they can devote to development of their business.

Explaining services available to users of Self- servicing zones at the bank state they enable customers to perform basic banking transactions independently, quickly and without waiting in line and under favorable conditions and that for using all terminals in Zones only payment card of ProCredit bank is sufficient. Apart from that, they outline, bank advisors during working hours of a branch office are available to clients for advisory services.

Legal entities and entrepreneurs in can submit their cash whenever it fits them, at any time of day or night, where safe deposit and ATMs where it is possible to deposit money are available. Apart from that, within the Zone, they can hand over transfer order, print out a copy daily balance, pay fee to a bank, print different kinds of certificates and other services.


Physical entities as of now can pay deposit and withdraw dinars or euros from current accounts and savings accounts, make transfers between accounts, purchase or sell foreign currency to pay their monthly bills and print different kinds of certificates .

Talking about future plans with respect to this project, the bank states that development of Self –service zones is directed to additional functionalities at existing terminals which will enable an independent performance of broader banking services range.
