Money from privatization of public companies for construction of infrastructure

Minister of Economy and Regional Development, Mlađan Dinkić, said yesterday (November 29, 2007) that significant amount of money could be obtained from the privatization of public companies for construction of infrastructure, which is one of the preconditions for foreign investments in Serbia.
Explaining the concept of privatization of public companies at the meeting of the Council of Association of Independent Trade Unions, Dinkić estimated that the construction of modern infrastructure could "attract" 6-8 billion EUR worth of foreign investments within next three years.
