"Fidelinka" announced invitation for registration of new issue of 200,000 stocks

"Fidelinka" has announced invitation for registration of new issue of 200,000 stocks whose individual nominal price is 400 RSD.

The whole package of stocks from the third issue can be registered by the stockholders who have the priority in purchase prior to December 17 at price of 3,800 RSD.

All stockholders who do not use that right and all other interested parties will be able to register remaining stocks between December 18 and 26 at price of 4,200 RSD per stock.

The stocks of Subotica-based company for processing of cereals and production of bread "Fidelinka" are present on the Belgrade Stock Exchange since February 2005, and the current price is 3,405 RSD per stock.

The highest price of stocks in previous trading was registered on August 31, 2007, and it amounted to 4,995 RSD, whereas the lowest price was in July 2006 and it amounted to 545 RSD.

The largest stockholder of "Fidelinka" is consortium "Mineco", which is made of the namesake company from Switzerland and two Russian companies - Mowbray systems and Alysun Marketing - and it owns total of 60% of the company's capital. Total number of stocks of the company is 1,341,574, while the value of market capitalization amounts to 4.568 billion RSD.
