Free land in Kragujevac for hiring more than 50 workers - 50 ha is waiting for investors in Feniks working zone
Kragujevac will soon have a completely new approach to incentives for investments, the Economic Council of the city communicates. At the next session of the Assembly, probably in April, decision on allotment of land without compensation to investors who will employ more than 50 workers will be before members.
President of the Economic Council Nebojsa Zdravkovic says that this is "a crucial decision for the future economic development of Kragujevac and local government. With new vacancies, we will provide revenue from payroll tax i.e. new investments in municipal infrastructure."
Apart from that, the City of Kragujevac is planning to give the largest area of 50 ha of a large complex of Working zone "Feniks to investors, because the city expressed a wish to consider initiative to launch economic zone.
