Tender for Zelezara released - Initial price is EUR 45,7 m

It is the invitation to participate in the process of public collection of bids through public bidding for the sale of property at Zelezara Smederevo.

In the call published in the daily Politika, it states that estimated market value of numbered property unit at December 31, 2015 totals EUR 91,3 m and the initial price totals 50% of estimated value of property which is under hammer.

Interested entities can submit applications in the proves until March 30 until 12 and deadline to deliver requests for the purchase of sale documentation is March 22.

Opening of bids will be held April 1 in the offices of the Ministry of trade.

Management of the steel plant said they expect that they sign the contract in April with Chinese investors.
