Minister of construction, traffic and infrastructure, Zorana Mihajlovic and the ambassador of South Korea in Serbia, Dohun Li, have signed today agreement on air traffic between two countries which will enable implementation of direct flights.

New agreement in air traffic which will replace agreement signed in 1990, enables airlines to develop commercial cooperation and expand their network, it was stated at the Ministry of construction, traffic and infrastructure. It was added that agreement provides options for set up of direct flights between Serbia and Korea, up to three times a week.

Distance between Belgrade and Seoul is app. 8.300 km, so potential implementation of direct flights would cut the travel time from existing 20 to 11 or 12 hours.
