VULIN: Law on Social Entrepreneurship soon

Serbian Labor Minister Aleksandar Vulin voiced his hope that the first law on social entrepreneurship would finally be passed within the next few months.

According to him, there are only about 1,000 such companies and their overall constribution to the area of employment is very small, that is, only 10,300 people work at said companies and their turnovers total about RSD 6.8 billion combined.

He stressed that social entrepreneurship was an opportunity to employ the people who are difficult to hire and those who cannot find a job.

- But with an appopriate legal solution, we can enable them to live from their work - said Vulin.
