Juristic persons will have to submit all financial and other reports for the year 2015 exclusively in electronic form, while paper reports will no longer be acceptable, it was said Friday (19 February 2016) at a press conference organized by the Business Registers Agency (BRA).

Reports submitted on paper will not be processed, BRA officials said and underlined that the deadline to submit reports was end-February.

All kinds of financial reports and documentation for the year 2015 must be submitted to the BRA using a special information system in electronic form, signed with a qualified electronic signature of the attorney.

All attorneys of micro juristic persons and entrepreneurs are to acquire a qualified electronic signature.
