Selakovic invites businessmen to use mediation

Serbian Justice Minister Nikola Selakovic has appealed to Serbian businessmen to use mediation to resolve their disputes as much as possible because, as he said, they will avoid court proceedings, high expenses and long waiting for the court ruling in that way.

At the presentation of the NALED`s Grey Book, Selakovic noted that he had found a lot of complaints about the system of court taxes while reading that book, underlining that mediation was often half the price of a litigation.

- Litigation is an expensive hobby - Selakovic stressed and pointed out that that was the case in every organized country in the world.
