Insurance Company "Triglav" Slovenia wishes to buy Insurance Company DDOR Novi Sad, "Triglav" and "Publikum" already possess 25% of property of DDOR bank

Unofficially, Insurance Company "Triglav" from Ljubljana wishes to buy Novi Sad-based Insurance Company DDOR. "Triglav" together with stock exchange company "Publikum" already owns 25% of DDOR bank, of which the biggest owner, with 44% of ownership share, is Insurance Company DDOR.

At the moment, "Publikum" does not think about increase in ownership share either in insurance company nor in bank DDOR.
