International hotel chain interested in Bristol
Serbian Prime Minister Aleksandar Vucic announced Monday that there was an indication that an international hotel chain was interested in Bristol Hotel.
He shared this information with the press during the tour of the Belgrade Waterfront construction site.
The hotel Bristol was built in 1912, in the Classicism style, as a building of the insurance and lending company of the Belgrade Cooperative, by the plans of architect Nikola Nestorovic. This facility is the monument of culture under the protection of the Heritage Preservation Institute of the City of Belgrade.
Bristol is one of the oldest hotels in Belgrade. Today, it is only a pale image of old Belgrade in Savamala, situated right next to the bus and railway station.
