Mlađan Dinkić - world best Minister of Finance

Prestigious international certificate was handed to the member of the Government of Serbia, Mlađan Dinkić, on October 21, 2007. Specialized British magazine "Euromoney" awarded him with traditional and internationally acknowledged title of "Minister of Finance of the Year" in the world.

The award is for year 2006, but his broader efficiency was taken in consideration, with the emphasis on the fact that he is "one of the rare officials, at the world level, who were on all three most important positions in field of fiscal policy - Governor of the Central Bank, Minister of Finance and Minister of Economy, which is current Dinkić's duty".

The title of the Minister of Finance of the Year "Euromoney" was awarded to Dinkić at the celebration in the Washington hotel "Villard", which is in the vicinity of the White House. By the way, that certificate is traditionally awarded since 1991, during the meeting of the International Monetary Fund and the World Bank, which are currently in progress.
