PKB assets for sale - Starting price at EUR 150 million

The Privatization Agency today announced the sale of assets of the agricultural corporation Poljoprivredna Korporacija Beograd (PKB) at a starting price of about EUR 150 million.

The sale will be by public auction following the submission of bids which will be opened March 2nd, 2016.

The deadline to submit applications for participation in the auction for PKB assets is 29 February 2016, and all interested bidders are to pay a deposit of EUR 34.5 million.
Eligible bidders are all domestic juristic persons registered for agricultural production and breeding dairy cows and recorded minimum EUR 50 million revenue from agricultural production in the last business year.
