Agreement on Serbia's guarantee for EBRD's loan to EPS confirmed - EUR 200 million for restructuring of energy company

Serbian MPs confirmed on Saturday an agreement Serbia signed with the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) to provide a guarantee for a EUR 200 million loan for the restructuring of the Electric Power Company of Serbia (EPS).

The Parliament of Serbia also adopted supplements to the Law on the Constitutional Court of Serbia and amendments and supplements to the Law on Agricultural Incentives and Rural Development.
