"Delta Maxi" to have Mega market built in Vrbas, Rodić MB did not succeed to buy that land
In the premises of Vrbas-based Directorate for Construction, public auction was held for 99-year rental of building land 3,600 square meters big in the very center of the city. Three investors applied for participation in the auction, but only Milan Vasiljević, who represented company «Rodić MB» and Bojan Kaličanin, as representative of company «Delta Maxi» showed up. Starting price of 1 square meter was 800 CSD. The bids quickly reached the price of 5,000 CSD per square meter. After «Delta’s» bid of 5,200 CSD for 1 square meter, the representative of «Rodić MB» gave up. In this way, 18,720,000 CSD will end in the budget of Municipality of Vrbas, and, besides, the investor will have to pay another 20% of total value of the investment for communal taxes. One thing is for sure, another Mega market of this Belgrade-based company will be soon built on that location.
