Leskovac Fair on auction on November 16
Privatization Agency of Serbia has announced that it would offer 70% of capital of the Leskovac Fair on the auction on November 16, 2007, at starting price of 18.3m RSD.
The value of the capital that will be privatized has been estimated to 76.4m RSD (about 980,000 EUR), and the buyer is obliged to invest at least 6.6m RSD in modernization of the Leskovac Fair.
The Leskovac Fair owns right on use of four exhibit halls and one annex next to Round Pavilion. It also uses 15 ha of building land owned by the state.
