Auctions without prosecuted and charged people - change in Regulation on sale of capital and property on public auction

Government of Serbia has adopted change in Regulation on sale of capital and property on public auction yesterday (October 4, 2007). It forbids participation of persons who were charged for criminal deeds or are under prosecution.

Ministry of Economy and Regional Development, which suggested this change in the Regulation, announced that that concerned criminal deeds against property, economy and official duty.
