Belgrade's neighborhood Lestane may soon obtain a factory of glass facades and aluminum profiles. Namely, construction of a business and production complex with an estimated value of about EUR 2 million is in the pipeline.

This information was relayed to eKapija by Predrag Jakovljevic of the Mepex Consulting company which prepared the project documentation.

According to Jakovljevic, the future business and production complex with a total surface area of 3,308 square meters will be built on a 7,409 sqm land.

Of the total surface area, 1,190 square meters will be occupied by the production complex, where glass facades, aluminum profiles, glass facade brackets and other similar products will be manufacturers. The investor is Goran Vukovic from Belgrade.

The start date of construction has not been determined yet, and the plan is to hire up to 20 people in Lestane.
