Market chain "Delta Maxi" obtained "ISO 9001" and "HACCP"
Retail market chain "Delta Maxi" has obtained certificate for business quality
management "ISO 9001" and "HACCP" food safety system.
Following the awarding of these certificates, Minister of Agriculture, Slobodan Milosavljević, said that the introduction of standards required for appearance on European market would help domestic manufacturers in field of agriculture to increase export.
The only surplus that Serbia registers in foreign-trade exchange, as he pointed out, is related to agricultural products and it should reach amount of 500m USD in 2007.
Milosavljević estimated that further growth of that surplus required support from the trade sector, adding that the success of Serbian agriculture and growth of whole economy of Serbia would depend on the regional expansion of company "Delta".
