Agrokor unveils offer for takeover of remaining shares at Zrenjanin-based Dijamant

Croatian Agrokor and South-East European Investment Fund from Cayman Islands announced the offer for share takeover at Zrenjanin-based Dijamant.

Bidder is planning to take over 11.727 shares at Dijamant at RSD 35.566 per share and the bid has been open from November 9 until December 9.

The number of shares which Agrokor wants to take over is 4,3% of total shares at Dijamant whose market value ttalles RSD 29.950 November 3.

Agrokor already has remaining 95,7% shares at Dijamant.
