6 offers for acquisition of Telekom Srbija

Ljajic said for Radio-television Vojvodina said that the best offer out of six for Telekom will be selected , adding that no more information can be communicated and that he will continue in that manner.

- The model proved to be a good one since the result is that we have six bidders. We tried to provide information which will not affect privatization – Ljajic said.

Minister said so-called third stage which lasts for 14 days will follow.

- Business advisor is analyzing documents and the Agency for privatization is checking up on participants in the process. After 14 days, we will get the list ranked in line with the price they offer for the acquisition of 58% - Ljajic explained.

The commission will, he added, analyze offer and provide specific proposal.
