Additional capitalization in "Sojaprotein" - another two issues of stocks worth 25m EUR

Bečej-based company "Sojaprotein" has announced two new issues of stocks worth 25m EUR, which will be used to finance construction of the factory for production of soybean isolates and concentrates in Bečej.

GEneral Manager of that company, Branka Pavlović, said that the first issue of 50,000 stocks worth 12.5m EUR would be issued at the beginning of October and she announced that one of the buyers would be European Bank for Rehabilitation and Development.

According to her words, the second issue should appear in one year.

Pavlović said that EBRD was not going to be the only buyer of the newly issues stocks, and she said the existing owners would have priority in purchase of those stocks.

According to the words of the Head of the Administrative Board of "Victoria Group", Zoran Mitrović, who owns "Sojaprotejin", the plan is that the factory in Bečej be built by the end of year 2009, and it will be producing soybean isolates, which will make it the only factory of that kind in Europe after Belgium.
