American Lear is coming - A few thousand hires possible in Novi Sad

American company Lear will build departments in the working zone planned next to Sangaj settlement in Novi Sad.

Lear is an American company for production of car seats covers and electrical cables for automotive industry. It is headquartered in Michigan, has 132.000 people in 34 countries and as Blic unofficially find out, Novi Sad department could have a few thousand jobs.

It was estimated that new working zone development will cost app. billion dinars which will stop construction of the bridge across Ribarac.

The decision of the Government of Serbia dated October 8 which assigns land for the future working zone to the town proves intensified works on the working zone. The Construction directorate of Serbia will turn in the location to Novi Sad November 6.
